What it does

How a pilot works

We start with a 14-day paid pilot covering after-hours and overflow calls only. At the end you get a report showing every call answered, booked, and transferred, so you can decide on the numbers.

SMS call alerts

Cender Systems sends text messages only to business owners and staff of client businesses who sign up to receive call alerts. Alerts include a short summary of each call the virtual assistant handled, urgent-call notices, and occasional service notices about the client's account. We do not send marketing texts.
